In Microsoft (MS) Paint open the image. This image should be the file for which you are intending to change the background. most compatible formats are bitmap, graphical interchange format and digital decompression.
Zoom the image In case is bigger than your screen. This is to ensure it fits to size of your screen. This can be achieved by moving it to the bottom-left corner and use magnifying lens to zoom it to 800%.
